With the conclusion of the Swiss Club Championship, on September 6 in Lausanne, my 2025 season has come to an end.
It has been a year of mixed emotions, unfortunately marked by four injuries that directly affected my results… and inevitably my morale as well.
However, looking back at the entire journey of this season, I still feel very satisfied!

First of all, the change of coach had a very positive impact, as did the stimulating environment with my new teammates, enriched by the valuable presence of Ajla Del Ponte.
Another encouraging aspect was the (albeit slight) improvement in my world ranking: despite the difficulties, I managed to move from 82nd to 69th place at the end of August.
But what gives me the most confidence moving forward is the fact that, since the end of July, I have not suffered any new injuries. This means that the work done to identify the causes and find the right solutions has paid off.

Unfortunately, due to the injuries mentioned above, we had to focus a lot during the physical recovery phase on muscle endurance training. This did not allow me to improve, as I would have liked, the effectiveness of my speed, and it influenced my performances, preventing me from running faster than 45.94 during the season.
But that goal has only been postponed!

Now a break awaits me in Tokyo, where I will experience the World Championships as a spectator, and I will take the opportunity to recharge mentally and prepare myself in the best way possible for the resumption of training, starting in mid-October, in view of my second year in the Netherlands with coach Laurent Meuwly .

Thank you all for your continued support. In 2026 I am determined to take another step ahead on the road to Los Angeles 2028.
